The Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index is a real estate index representing 600 companies involved in real estate investment services either directly or indirectly. All companies included in the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index are selected from companies included in the Dow Jones STOXX Global 1800 Index. Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index companies are all classified under Subsector 8600 of the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). The Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index is a free-float market capitalization weighted index. The weight associated with Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index companies are reviewed quarterly. Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index weights are capped at 20%. The quarterly reconstitution of the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index occurs in March, June, September, and December. The Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index is computed and published in real time in both euros and US dollars. At the end of trading, the total return of the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index is also provided. STOXX Ltd. designed and maintains the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index. The base value of the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index is 100, set as of December 31, 2000. Historical data for the Dow Jones STOXX 600 Real Estate Cap Index is available retroactive to March 20th, 2006.
