The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 Real Estate Cap Index is a real estate index representing the Americas region. Companies included in the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 Real Estate Cap Index must be involved in real estate investment services. In particular, Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 Real Estate Cap Index companies must all be classified under Subsector 8600 of the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 Real Estate Cap Index is a free-float market capitalization weighted index. The weight associated with Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 Real Estate Cap Index companies are reviewed quarterly. The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 Real Estate Cap Index's weights are capped at 20%.
