The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is a Real Estate Investment Trusts index representing 600 REITs in the Americas region. All companies included in the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index are selected from companies included in the Dow Jones STOXX Global 1800 Index. Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index companies are all classified under Subsector 8670 of the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is a free-float market capitalization weighted index. The weight associated with Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index companies are reviewed quarterly. However, Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index weights are not capped. The quarterly reconstitution of the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index occurs in March, June, September, and December. The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is computed and published in real time in both euros and US dollars. At the end of trading, the total return of the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is also provided. STOXX Ltd. designed and maintains the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index. The base value of the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is 100, set as of December 31, 2006. Historical data for the Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is available retroactive to January 1st, 2007. The Dow Jones STOXX Americas 600 REITs Index is a subset of the Dow Jones STOXX Global 1800 REITs Index.
